1. Are there any active ingredients you think should be added to, or excluded from, the sample list of active ingredients expected to be covered under the proposed group standard scope listed in Appendix 3 of the consultation document?

5. Importers and manufacturers using the group standard will need to comply with the Hazardous Substances (Hazardous Property Controls) Notice 2017 (except for clauses 50, 51, and 54(1)). What are your comments on this, particularly in relation to clauses 60, 63 and 64 (qualification requirements)?
